Happy National Coffee Day

Hello babes,

First, things first, I can not believe that I am getting on a plane this Friday for the first time in months – this is by far the longest that I have gone without traveling. Part of me is excited and the other part of me is very nervous. I have no idea what to think… I am constantly thinking about what the airport is going to be like and the stress of sitting on a plane with a mask on. Stay tuned for BC travel guide, tips and tricks post.

Now. On to the good stuff. Today is National Coffee Day! Woohoo! Today is pretty much just an excuse to consume as much coffee as you want – as most of you know I am ice- coffee lover, it doesn't matter if it's 25 degrees or -25 degrees I will ALWAYS choose ice-coffee. Do you prefer iced or hot? Keeping scrolling to see how I make the "perfect" ice-coffee at home.

Not only is coffee hand’s down the best beverage out there – next to a glass of wine of course 😉 Coffee is a sensory experience, but it also makes us feel good first thing in the morning and it makes us use all of our senses. From the rich black colour to the smell of the beans grinding to the first sip in the morning – I swear there is nothing better then good, strong cup of joe.

Now that coffee has gone “designer,” it is easier than ever to get your coffee buzz on – you can find great coffee anytime, anywhere. From Tim Hortons to Starbucks, you can always satisfy your coffee craving. When travelling, I love to search for the cutest and most quaint cafes out there – the more hidden it is the better.

In honour of National Coffee Day, I am dedicating this whole post to all thing’s coffee. Keep scrolling for all my favourite coffee must-haves.
